Après-demain SA has seized the opportunity to sell its securities held in ACE Wind, a company controlling a wind farm in Lyrestad, Sweden, to Axa Clean Energy Evergreen Fund.
This investment of 10M€ as a minority investor alongside Axa in 2016, enabled the construction of a 22-turbine wind farm with a capacity of 76MW, in operation since December 2017 in southern Sweden. Over the past three years the field has produced an average of about 200GWh annually, equivalent to the consumption of 66’000 households (almost the city of Lausanne). The entire production of the wind farm is sold to Google under a long-term contract.
