Supporting the Capital Management activities at regulatory and operational levels

Ms Marguerat began her career in journalism and trained in communications at the Swiss Academy for Marketing and Communication (SAWI). She redirected her career in 2005 and joined the Finance department at Après-demain, where she was in charge of Back Office and later Middle Office. In 2018, Ms Marguerat obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) from the University of Geneva in Compliance in Financial Services. In 2020, she became Director of the Compliance & Operations department, which oversees the Back and Middle Office teams.

Ms Westphal is a graduate of the Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC) of the University of Lausanne, where she obtained a Master in Economics in 2006. She has since accumulated an extensive experience in the financial and banking services, having worked in wealth management at several internationally recognized banks, including Goldman Sachs and Rothschild & Cie in Geneva. In 2019, Ms Westphal joined the Compliance & Operations team at Après-demain SA as a Middle Office Specialist, and then took over the supervision of the Middle Office at the beginning of 2022.

Ms Wolf obtained a Diploma of General Knowledge in 2000 followed by a Swiss CFC in Commercial Business in 2004. She spent over a decade working as a legal assistant in law firms, mainly in the field of business law. Ms Wolf joined the Compliance & Operations department in early 2023, where she works as a Middle Office Assistant. In her role she provides administrative support for middle office activities related to subscriptions of Private Equity Funds as well as management of bank relationships of all the companies of the Group.

Ms Sapin Voirol received her business diploma in 1998 and her Federal Maturity in science in 2003. She has over 15 years’ experience in administration and accounting and has worked at KPMG Lausanne. In 2017, Ms Sapin Voirol joined the Back Office team at Après-demain, where she handles the administrative management of current transactions and direct investments.

Ms Argelly holds a Master in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne, obtained in 2006. In 2007, she moved her career toward the banking sector, joining the Back Office teams at Deutsche Bank in Geneva and at B-Source in Nyon. In 2016, she joined the Back Office team at Après-demain, where she handles mainly financial and private equity transactions.
