Selecting fund managers to create value

Mr. Beth is a graduate of École Polytechnique Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as a strategy/management consultant (Altior & Roland Berger). Subsequently, he was in charge of investments at Elaïs, MML Capital and AtriA where he played a key role in the completion, monitoring and divestiture of various investments in French SMEs. Mr. Beth joined the Après-demain SA team in 2019 as a Private Equity Manager. He became Director of the Private Equity Department beginning of 2021.

Ms Bildstein Zimmer holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and in 2016 obtained a Master's degree in International Management with a specialization in finance from Neoma Business School. Ms Bildstein Zimmer completed several internships, notably in Private Equity within the Crédit Agricole Group and began her career in 2017 at Kepler Cheuvreux, where she worked on M&A issues, particularly in the equity and debt markets in corporate finance. In 2018, she joined the Private Equity department of Après-demain as an analyst to support all activities by participating in the analysis of new opportunities and the monitoring of the existing portfolio. Since 2019, she was mainly involved in the development of the department's fund activity.

Mr. Portal graduated from the Magistère Banque-Finance of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He started his professional career as an M&A analyst, for 2 years, at CNP Assurances, in Paris. He then worked in the structured finance space, as an analyst, at Crédit Agricole CIB. Rich of this diverse background, he transitioned to Private Equity, as Direct and Funds analyst in funds of different size, such as Amundi or Atlantic Financial Group.
