Mr. Beth is a graduate of École Polytechnique Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as a strategy/management consultant (Altior & Roland Berger). Subsequently, he was in charge of investments at Elaïs, MML Capital and AtriA where he played a key role in the completion, monitoring and divestiture of various investments in French SMEs. Mr. Beth joined the Après-demain team in 2019 as a Private Equity Manager. He became Director of the Private Assets Department beginning of 2021.

Mr. Carvaillo graduated from the Paris-Dauphine University and holds a master in Banking and Finance from the Lyon 2 University. He worked 17 years in structured finance in the Corporate and Investment Banking teams of BNP Paribas and Société Générale (in New York, Paris and Geneva), and as an investment director for private debt funds (Crédit Agricole Private Equity and IPF Partners). More recently he acted as an independent part-time CFO helping young start-ups structure their finance department and raise growth capital. Mr. Carvaillo joined the team at Après-Demain in 2021 as a Private Equity Manager and since the end of 2023, he has been the Associate Director of the Direct Private Equity department and is responsible for private debt.

Mr. Junique is a graduate from Edhec Business School. He started his career as an M&A analyst at Société Générale in Paris, focusing on the TMT sector. After a gap year for a-round-the-world trip, he joined Accenture in Singapore working closely with business development teams to financially shape very large transformational projects for their clients. He then transferred to Accenture Paris in 2015 to build and drive the Corporate Development team for France and Benelux, carrying close to 15 acquisitions in the region. Mr Junique joined the team of Après-Demain in 2021 as Private Equity Manager.

Mr. Leclerc holds an engineering degree and a degree from Audencia Business School. After various experiences in Private Equity and Restructuring, he continued his career at Deloitte in the Restructuring team in Paris where he had the opportunity to perform IBR (Independent Business Review) and to participate in M&A transactions on the buy-side or sell-side. Mr. Leclerc joined the team of Après-Demain in 2022 as a Private Equity analyst

Mr. Lehmann is a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (trilingual programme) and also studied at the University of Mannheim in Germany. After various professional experiences in France and Germany, notably in M&A advisory for regional and Franco-German transactions, financing of large German groups and financial auditing of SMEs, Mr. Lehmann joined the team of Après-demain in 2023 as a Private Equity Analyst.
