Next Immobilier is co-leading the operational development of the future ‘Les Vignes’ district in Rolle

Après-demain is proud to announce the participation of its real estate subsidiary, Next Immobilier, in a large-scale development project in partnership with the Canton of Vaud and the Municipality of Rolle.

Next Immobilier is at the heart of the development on the ‘Les Vignes’ site, which will see the creation of not only a new cantonal high school (gymnase) but also a complete living district.

Our Role: Building a Vibrant Community

Within this tripartite public-private partnership, we are committed to creating a harmonious and dynamic environment, featuring:

  • Diverse housing options for approximately 400 residents.
  • Commercial and community spaces designed for local amenities (such as a daycare center, etc.).
  • Landscaped green areas conceived as hubs for social interaction and well-being.

“Our expertise is fully expressed in projects like ‘Les Vignes,’ where we target a threefold performance: environmental, by creating a sustainable district; social, by ensuring a mix of housing; and service-oriented, by integrating facilities essential for community life” states Benjamin Favre, Director of Real Estate Investment at Après-demain.

A Commitment to the Future

This project perfectly illustrates the mission of the Après-demain group: to invest in meaningful projects that combine performance, sustainability, and positive social impact. By co-piloting the development of the “Les Vignes” district, Next Immobilier once again demonstrates its expertise in creating integrated living environments and its ability to successfully manage complex projects in close collaboration with public stakeholders.

“When public and private sectors unite their forces, projects come to life that truly address the challenges of our industry” states Joël Pissarra, Associate Director, Investments & Transactions. He adds, “Together, we are crafting a new, sustainable, and high-quality living environment for the benefit of the community”.

We are delighted to be part of this outstanding project for the benefit of Rolle and its community.
